- An Exchange Form is included with each order.
- Exchange apparel must be in new and unused condition.
- Exchanges must include return apparel, Exchange Form and a sales receipt.
- Exchanges must be submitted within 30 days. Afterwards, all sales are final.
- Shipping costs of exchange apparel are not refundable.
- If exchange apparel is out of stock, there are two options:
1. Wait for new stock and accept delayed delivery.
2. Submit a Return Form.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles to receive your refund.
- Return shipping of exchange apparel is free. However, if exchange apparel weighs more than returned apparel, shipping costs may apply.
- Free shipping includes only domestic USPS Frist-Class Mail.
