PHONE: Get your credit/debit card ready. Call 1-800-668-6632 (MOTO MECCA) and speak with a customer service representative. Submit total payment as instructed by the representative.
MAIL: Click ORDER FORM below. Complete the order form and mail it, and a check or money order for total payment, to the mailing address below.

A Return Form is included with each order.
Returned apparel must be in new and unused condition.
Returns must include returned apparel, a Return Form and a sales receipt.
Return orders must be submitted within 30 days. Afterwards, all sales are final.
Shipping costs of returned apparel are not refundable.
Credit/Debit Card Purchases:
Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. It may take up to two billing cycles before the credit is shown on your statement.
Check Purchases:
We must wait at least 14 days to refund your purchase price. The 14 day wait is necessary for your bank to clear the check used to make your purchase.
For a replacement Return Form, email your request to Shop@MotoMecca.bike.

An Exchange Form is included with each order.
Exchange apparel must be in new and unused condition.
Exchanges must include exchange apparel, an Exchange Form and a sales receipt.
Exchange orders must be submitted within 30 days. Afterwards, all sales are final.
Shipping costs of exchange apparel are not refundable.
If exchange apparel is out of stock, there are two options:
1. Wait for new stock and accept delayed delivery.
2. Submit a Return Form.
If exchange apparel is discontinued we will refund your purchase price.
Return shipping of exchange apparel is free. However, if the exchange apparel weighs more than the returned apparel shipping costs may apply.
Free shipping includes only domestic USPS First-Class Mail.
